RETURN POLICY / CANCELLATION POLICY
Eliteclocks.com requires customer service authorization on all returns. If you are not satisfied with your clock or curio cabinet, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for return authorization. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Product must be returned in its original packaging and freight is to be prepaid to the Howard Miller factory, via UPS. We will not accept any returns on customized products.
Items that arrive damaged will be replaced for the same item at no charge to the customer, if the customer does not accept a replacement item, our normal return policy and restocking fee will apply.
All customized orders in production will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
